I have heard this is being considered. I strongly second the idea!
I have heard from my many, many sources planted deep inside the mountain (I don't want to unmask anyone, but one of them breathes fire), that the idea would be to open up the whole catalog of B-movies that are more than two years old. YES YES YES!
I would rather give Rifftrax my money and get the B-movies I need for my addiction now rather than wait for them to go on Amazon Prime. I think $10/ month (heck, $12) would be do-able for a poor person like me, and it is better than the $0 you are getting from me now. I really can't justify spending money JUST for Zindi (shudder) or Yambao, and permanently downloading a movie and clogging up my hard drive for a riff I only want to watch one or two times (or five for Icebreaker) doesn't help me. Having a broad choice of bad movies at my fingertips for "Recreational Pharmaceutical Night" helps me a lot.
You could even have a "tip" feature, wherein we could send a buck or two if we thought the riff was really good! I hate Swamp of the Ravens, but the "real estate sketch" is worth the price of the movie.
You could call it "Rifflix," "Rifftube," "Rifftunes, "or "A Riffer Runs Through It," and wait to get sued.
