    Very much seconded. If it helps its case at all, the protagonist is a killer cyborg named Paco, most of the film's plot involves him arm-wrestling truckers, and John Saxon chases Paco around with a gun larger than he is while giggling maniacally during the climax, Hands of Steel is rad.
