No it a not a film about the Devil Wife. It a early Pre Code attempt to do a romantic Musical from Cecil B DeMille. The only reason film buff watch is for the Zeppelin Crash and this was before the art of special effects are up to doing a Zeppelin Crash well.
Most of the film is a grand Mask Ball on the Zeppelin.
