In a post-apocalyptic world ruled by rockabilly, King Elvis dies and a sword toting, kung-fu fighting Buddy Holly look alike begins a journey to Lost Vegas to be the new King of Rock'n'Roll. On the way he saves a kid called Kid and battles Russians, cannibals, bowlers, and Death.
