A*p*e (1976)
A 1976 rip-off of "King Kong" in which an escaped gorilla goes on a rampage in the (cardboard) city of Seoul, South Korea. Jam-packed with laughs, both intentional (he gives the Korean defense forces the finger) and unintentional ("Tonka" logos on trucks he hurls through the air), a masterpiece of truly awful cinema.

I've heard about this and how it's pretty bad!

I love this terrible movie so much I could watch it on a loop. It has the nearly the same off the charts ridiculousness as Robo Vampire.
There is a toy cow, an ominous puppet show (with the puppetiest of all puppets), visible strings on monster thumbs, the mom from Growing Pains, gratuitous kung-fu fighting, oh and a rent-a-center quality ape suit.
Originally shot in 3-D, there are many instances of things flying at the camera, some characters even smiling while they do so for a some 4th wall breaking action.
Marvel at a giant ape throwing large boulders down a hillside, only for the boulders to be "human size" by the time they reach the bottom.
Marvel at a giant ape that dances after every victory - or maybe the director yelled " your just standing there, move around a little, darn it!"
Marvel at a giant ape that fights a giant shark, a giant snake, the Korean military - destroys a ship, a city, and maybe even the careers of several American actors - in the silliest way possible.
Seriously, Rifftrax, if you reject this movie, I don't even know who you are anymore.
(Stares silently for a moment too long, turns and walks away...but glances back just encase you change your mind). -

I do kind of feel guilty that the production killed an actual shark so they could use it as a prop to be wrestled by the title monster.

Truly horrible, but very riffable.
