Nightbeast
Low budget sci-fi/horror film from 1982. An alien crash lands in some rural town and proceeds to start killing everyone. Rather than alerting the military, the local sheriff and a few citizens attempt to stop him on their own. Lots of cheesy special effects and horrible acting ensue. Directed by Don Dohler.

An alien crash lands in a rural town? Sure sounds like Galaxy Invader, which just happens to "star" Don Leifert as well! Coincidence? No, this is fate begging Rifftrax to give this the Alien Dead treatment!

Honestly, the first 15 minutes are a blast, but once the monster loses its weapon the movie slows down immensely and is in dire need of riffing!

Another on Don Dohler's (Galaxy Invader) oeuvre (that being cheesy low-budget sci-fi shot near Baltimore), it features (again) an alien who wants to kill just for the hell of it, a local sheriff with a looks like an aging Gabe Kaplan, and.. ah, hell, it's just plain bad-movie fun. Does contain brief toplessness and unconvincing gore.
