Why not riff the very first Godzilla movie from the 1950s as well? Or all the other Godzilla movies known to man while you're at it?

I know others have asked for it, but I just wanted to add that this movie has a bunch of parts in it that would be perfect for jokes, and it would be a great challenge to make the dramatic beginning funny.

I thought it was one of the best Godzilla movies ever, if not THE best, but I'd still like to see it riffed. However, I agree with you about how annoying it was when they cut away right as the fight begin. Also, whoever, decided to kill off Bryan Cranston's character 20 minutes in and make Aaron Johnson the lead should never work in Hollywood again.

This movie is just filled with semi intense moments, large monsters awkward facail expressions, and a thin layer of predictable plot.... PLEASE RIFF THIS

I know this just came out, but this film is horrible. In one way it's actually worse than Matthew Broderick0 1999 showing, because at times it's almost good. Me and a friend couldn't help but mocking the film and had more fun laughing at it's stupidity than enjoying what we came for.
The monsters start to fight several times, but after 10 seconds the film cuts away to show us... people we don't care about. It never really allows us to see the uninterrupted monster fight we all went to see.
