Night train to terror

While God and The Devil discuss the fate of a 80's pop band traveling on a train to nowhere, we are shown 3 tales that are edited down versions of feature length films. It's all rather incoherent and cheap looking. My copy is from one of those Mill Creek 50 movie packs so it might be public domain.

Anthology where God and Satan vie for humanity while riding a celestial Amtrak train?

Two words: Richard Moll. I don't understand how this hasn't been done yet.

It's horrible but more importantly it stars John Philip Law!, Calgon of Space Mutiny.

This film needs riffed! It's so ridiculously campy. It's asking for it.
That song the kids dance to reminds me of the 'Idiot Control Now' song from MST3K Pod People.

An 80s film that has a plot consisting of God and Diablo on said train to terror duking it out for the souls of those involved in three vignettes in the film that costars some familiar faces to my fellow MSTies as well as Bull from Night Court. Also on said train to terror: a horrible 'band' of 20-somethings with equally horrific wardrobes, hair and the one hilariously ridiculous song that they sing throughout the whole film. You don't feel bad that they meet their fate at the end of the film.
