It is even less related than 'Cyborg Cop II.' Plus, it has casual airplane crashing, exploding dummies and Cyborg Crash Test Dummies.
Try to follow this: they show how the Cyborgs can survive a crash by sticking one in with the dummy. However, it is obvious that they swap out the Actor playing the Cyborg with an actual dummy for the collision.
It is like six kinds of confusing!

I am very confused as to why anyone would actually want to seriously watch or feel the need to make a follow-up to the mind-numbing - but made hilarious by Rifftrax - Cyborg Cop Two, but when I saw the DVD case of this piece of c....QUALITY, quality, um, "film", (cough) I thought to myself, "This is probably one of the worst movies ever made! Why hasn't Rifftrax roasted it on a spit, already?" I mean, seriously, guys, it's not like I am going to watch this without you! Not happening! So please make it tolerable and perhaps even funny?
