Need to bump this up - I've been wanting this one riffed for years. Creepy costumed characters, annoying songs, horrible child actors, basic subject matter...what more could you want in a short? Think of it as a worthy sequel to that calendar one.

Ridiculous costume characters and ridiculous songs. I've been wanting to hear this one riffed for years.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YNxJPYP-ajQ Let me help you with this Mark, this was actually an updated version to 'Adventures in Telezonia' which as he said was supposed to instruct kids on how to use the telephone and phonebook. But as the Rifftrax Crew knows, 70s shorts had a really bizarre way of educating our youth.

In this case, Telezonia, takes a page from Sid & Marty Krofft, where Telly (and not the neurotic Muppet from Sesame Street) takes our kids into a bizarre land of people dressed in punctuation, letters and other such, just to teach our kids on how to use the phone. Remember watching this and realizing I never wanted to touch the phone lest I get transported into this Lidsville knock-off.

Though it's in the AT&T archives, I don't see any problems requesting to riff this one because it was bizarre, in fact.. here's the original as well.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UlYDjv6pCCs

Which apparently makes that Manners with the Eggs short appear quite normal. So whaddya think, sirs?
