Big Trouble in Little China
Big Trouble in Little China. It has stereotypical flying Asians (which inspired Mortal Kombat) , weird monsters (one is made of about 50 eyeballs), a guy who gets so mad he expands to 3x his size before popping like a balloon. A balloon filled with guts. It has Kurt Russell as a tough-talking tuck driver wiseass who makes a fool of himself as much as possible, Victor Wong spouting more stereotypical stuff about Chinese curses, and the mighty James Hong as Lo-Pan: demonic sorcerer with light coming out of his mouth (according to Russell's character).
It would be a great disservice to humanity to not riff this movie. Think of the children.

There may not exist a more perfect movie, in its pure, beautiful absurdity, for the very wonderful thing that the Riffers do, than Big Trouble in Little China. It is tailor made for their craft.
