Man I hated this movie. It made me appreciate the Wing Commander games at the time a helluva lot more. Two stupid things that I couldn't believe happened in this movie besides the obvious butchering of the story from the game to the movie.
1. Machine Guns in Space! Think about that.....It Doesn't Work! You need Gravity! You need Inertia! You need Action & Reactionary Force! Space is Zero Gravity! It doesn't work!
2. The Capital Ship battle looked & felt more like a Submarine Battle. Again, Space! -

Be sure to work in some Star Citizen/Squadron 42 jokes. (crowd funded games in development by Chris Roberts, director of Wing Commander) Would LOVE to see this!

Wing Commander is a hilariously stupid and badly made Sci-fi movie, based off of a video game where they replaced Mark Hamil and Biff from Back to the Future with Freddy Prince jr. and Matthew Lillard. It's considered one of the most insulting movie adaptations of all time. I think you guys would be doing the world a great service by mocking this most deserving movie
