It's not a sequel. It's Brad and Janet as a married couple, but that's where it stops. In RHPS they lived in a normal town. Shock Treatment has the town living in a tv studio. Everything is controlled by the tv studio, including the stupid plot. Instead of sexual corruption, it's more psychological corruption on our two dupes. Fan of RHPS or not, you'll find yourself sitting there going WTF.
