This is a great Weng Weng movie. Almost as good as The Impossible Kid and MUCH better than Da Wild Wild Weng. All three would make great riffs!

Seriously, even without the Rifftrax I encourage people to watch this movie once - it's just amazing. I'm about halfway through it myself and see that another Anonymous beat me to the punch of suggesting it :) And the gadgets 00 (or Weng Weng) has are great.
