Beastmaster

Holy sheep dip this would be awesome!
1: It is just as wonderfully lame as The Sword & The Sorcerer, which came out in the same year (1982) and was an awesome riff!!
2: It has (I won't say stars) Marc Singer controlling animals and being way too serious about his sword play, Tanya Roberts being Tanya Roberts, and sweet God above RIP TORN!! Not just Rip Torn, but Rip Torn with eye shadow!
3: It has beautifully crappy 80s "special effects" including a ring with an eye in it!
Here's a link to the trailer on YouTube: https://youtu.be/j3FCM5UVsKU
Please oh please oh please oh please oh please oh please oh please oh please oh please perform your art on this one!!

OH gods, PLEASE do this one. There is a special place in my heart for this film, but it's awful and needs all the riffing.

Oh, how I remember "Dar" in leather with his sword flailing! And Rip Torn with the worst fake nose in history! This one is eminently riffable!

Yesh this happened- not to be confused with the 1999 series- this movie is from 1982, it's called The Beastmaster and stars Marc Singer and Tanya Roberts- (Donna's mom from That 70's Show) so just for fun, go to these links!

In the tradition of guys running around in leather diapers talking to animals, Beastmaster is the master of all movies in this genre- not as cool as Ladyhawk or Dr. Doolittle but it'll do Pig, it'll do!!!!
