The whole unstoppable car chaos really gives off the same wild driving energy you experience in extreme car driving simulator, where the action keeps escalating in the most unexpected ways. It's a 'based on a true story' 1997 TV movie but I remember it being so hilariously awful. Absolutely nothing can stop this car. Not even that guy from 24, who is in charge of stopping the runaway car. A baby has to be winched out of the runaway car by helicopter and nearly gets smacked into a bridge. There's another bridge which seems to be run by a crazy old lady. It's one of those movies where just when you think you've seen the silliest moment out jumps an even sillier moment. It's wonderful.
