It's a 'based on a true story' 1997 TV movie but I remember it being so hilariously awful. Absolutely nothing can stop this car. Not even that guy from 24, who is in charge of stopping the runaway car. A baby has to be winched out of the runaway car by helicopter and nearly gets smacked into a bridge. There's another bridge which seems to be run by a crazy old lady. It's one of those movies where just when you think you've seen the silliest moment out jumps an even sillier moment. It's wonderful.
