It has Billy Blanks, virtual reality, and was so straight to video it has been forgotten. It also had a fighting game adaptation that is (according to Matt McMuscles) currently the worst fighting game. I mean this is so mid-90 and Canadian that this should already be Riffed?!

This feels like it was practically made to be riffed. Billy Blanks, early VR ideas, straight-to-video production values, and that very specific mid-90s Canadian tone all combine into something that’s unintentionally funny before you even get to the plot.
