Surprised it wasn't on here already! Never seen this film, but this 1977 film was based on a book by the author of Jaws as well as starring Robert Shaw!
It is about scuba divers getting a treasure underwater.

I finally watched The Deep on a rainy Sunday after seeing it mentioned in an old movie magazine, and it was such a fun surprise. I first remembered the title while scrolling hulu reviews https://hulu.pissedconsumer.com/review.html and looking for something totally different to watch. It’s not quite Jaws-level for me, but it’s definitely worth seeing if you like suspense, diving, and vintage thriller energy.
