The Backstory: Director/Writer Stephen Groo was approached by a documentary film crew, and they said "we will finance your dream movie if you'll let us film the process." so the dream movie he makes is Unexpected Race and the documentary crew films their movie The Insufferable Groo. Groo is notorious for making bad films and has been compared to Tommy Wiseau. He is narcissistic and hard to work with and it shows in his films. Groo has gathered a cult following including names like Jack Black and Jared Hess.
