Plot synopsis: Set in the near future, ****, or Tidewater is a thrill a minute underwater submarine action/sci-fi film told through the eyes of Lt. Cmdr. Allan Parker, a 40 something Sea Dog with a chip on his shoulder. The action surrounds the controversial Canadian energy industry and their longing to bring a pipeline to Tidewater.

1) Some of the most awful line delivery I have ever seen in a movie
2) The final CGI looks like late 90's era mockups, the costumes are dollar store level, the Russian cyborgs especially should not be missed
3) It is AGGRESSIVELY Canadian especially the Commander who is a dead wringer for Jim Carrey's Dr. Robotnik
