The fourth film in the Sleepaway Camp series, it is a direct sequel to the original ignoring the events of II: Unhappy Campers and III: Teenage Wasteland and was released direct-to-video. The film features Felissa Rose reprising her role as Angela Baker from the first film, following her absence in the previous sequels. it was originally produced in 2002 when rare was sold to microsoft, sony playstation's ratchet and clank and sly cooper came out as well as xbox live and playstation online oh and then there was steel batallion for xbox. it was finished in 2003 and it was scheduled to be released theatrically in either 2004, 2005 or 2006 but unsatisfactory cgi effects and lack of distribution deals caused it to released straight to dvd in 2008. oh and then there was going to be a fourth installment after 3 but production shut down after filming 34 minutes but it has been released on dvd using archive footage from the first 3 movies riff that one too.
