In this socially-conscious drama, a group of students take on a greedy factory owner who is plotting to dump his toxic waste and pollute a town's water supply. Released by Action International Pictures and helmed by only-time writer/director Thomas E. Dugan, Fatal Skies is an action/drama that, at times, fancies itself comedic, yet is only funny when it doesn't want to be.

Skydiving "teens" Duane and Toni, along with Toni's uncle Jack, must save their backwater town from Timothy Leary and his inbred cohorts who are secretly dumping toxins in the town's water supply. As they discover just how deep the dumping conspiracy goes, our heroes must launch an all-out assault (complete with training montage) against the villainous forces of...Buddy, Clem and Haskel.
