DUST
DUST (2001)
"LIVE BY THE GUN. DIE BY THE GUN." -teaser tagline from original posters.
A criminal (Adrian Lester) breaks into an apartment only to be attacked by the tenant (Rosemary Murphy). After being subdued, the criminal is held at gun point by the tenant who begins recounting a rambling story about two brothers (Joseph Fiennes & David Wenham) whom leave the Wild West for the Middle East.
Don't let my sucienct description fool you; this movie GARBAGE. It is ridiculous at best, and unwatchable at worst. The acting is terrible, the whole script is a runaway hot mess - just one blizzard scene after another: war flashbacks, plot changes mid-movie, entire scenes without subtitles, smoking in hospitals, voyeuristic love scenes, dirty New York Cops, and on, and on, and on... It took me THREE separate attempts to watch this movie, and now having seen it completely twice I swear this movie was made for one reason and one reason alone: TO BE RIFFED.
PLEASE! DO NOT WATCH THIS MOVIE! INSTEAD VOTE FOR A RIFFTRAX TO MAKE IT PALATABLE. Turn this Dumpster Fire into the fuel for laughter for the masses!
"I'll always be there for you, Lilith." - Luke (portrayed by D. Wenham)
