Arnolds Park (2007) AKA Carousel of Revenge

Dawson's Creek meets revenge thriller/murder mystery set in an amusement park with plenty of beach scenes. Bullies. Rich vs working class conflict. Flashbacks with demented cackling.

Dumb concept, writing and dialogue. Poorly developed characters. Bad acting. Bad directing. Inanely dramatic. Chock full of cliches.
