Island of Terror (1966)
An actually decent little horror movie but just cheesy enough to be riffed.
1. paper-thin plot involving cancer research gone wrong
2.Peter Cushing trying to play comedy, and does pretty well.
3. some pretty silly looking monsters that will make you swear off noodle soup for weeks.

I think this would be great for riffing. The monsters liquify then suck out their victims' bones.
