Night Skies is supposed to be a true story based on the events of the Phoenix Lights in 1997. I can’t find any evidence this a true story, though.

It has pretty laughable acting from most of the cast, which includes Jason Connery (Sean Connery’s son).

Jason Connery crawls through alien ***** pointlessly for five minutes just to add an extra five minutes to the movie.

The CGI aliens look waaaaay different than the people wearing costumes. This is very noticeable during the last 5 minutes or so when they switch between close up shots and far away shots of the same two aliens.

The exploding cabin...

The story in general is dumb.

The best part of the movie is Michael Dorn’s cameo at the end!
