Directed by William Lustig know for the maniac cop films and Maniac. Also written by the late Larry Cohen. Please Mike, Bill and Kevin do this 90's film!

I remember this when it came out on VHS it was out around the same time as Jack Frost i think, it would be perfect to Riff on since they've Riffed Jack Frost.
