A TV movie about a group of people who are trapped in the mall when a Dam breaks and the mall starts to flood. One of the People is a escaped murder.
Bad Special Effects, Bad Acting and poor dialog mean that this would be perfect to be riffed.

that is a great idea. you shall riff it. don't forget to vote for the beanie babies movies released on vhs in the year 1998 which was also the same year this movie was released. also that same year was pokemon in america, banjo kazooie, the legend of zelda ocarina of time, spyro the dragon, medievil, disney's mulan, disney pixar's a bug's life, the rugrats movie, the wild thornberries, deep impact, mary-kate and ashley's two of a kind and the sega dreamcast. once again a great idea this movie shall be riffed oh and the beanie babies movies too.
