Empire of the Dark
Steve Barkett made a few lo budget films, several of which I am suggesting for you guys. This is perhaps one of his most ambitious. Written, directed and starring Barkett as the unlikely sexy hero.

Empire of the Dark is the perfect movie to riff. It's a vanity project with a tubby hero in tight shirts fighting a cult, demons, crime, etc. It has action, horror, and bad acting and also features a Hell with a rope bridge over lava (seen over and over again) and a stop motion demon that tears Joe Pilato i(who was 41 when the movie came out but is playing an elderly man for some reason) in half. It is a really bad but really fun and rewatchable movie.
