Early 90's arcade covert infiltration; enter Napolean Dynamite's Pedro. We'll call him Pedo, whom we can only assume is also a time traveler, uses subtle facial movements to subconsciously convince his young constituents, we can also safely assume, to vote for him. Midway through campaigning he forced to unleash his ultimate ability against hoards of 8bit antagonits, TELEKINESIS! Big reveal; our hero will be forced to face-off against his worst nightmare. An enemy that shares his own power.. TELEPA..!! wait a sec.. Stage is set! Who will emerge victourious? Did I mention every other person gets telik-ppp whatever? !!!FACE BATTLES!!!

Imagine a film where a guy looks like he's talking to a mouse that might be a microphone, where guards fly and spin like hopped up ballerinas, head explosions, and fierce glances are common. That's this film.
