Steven Seagal as a sensitive EPA agent out to show the local hicks how he cleans up a town and right. Full of stereotypical characters of the south and the same smooth sexual charisma seagal always bring to his films.

This movie is truly so bad that it’s good. Please Riff it!

Let me further promote this one-
1) Segal's directoral debut.
2) Segal's starting the "I want to be Billy Jack" part of his career, becoming a warrior fighting for social causes. But without Tom Laughlin's subtleness in politics.
3) Did I mention the political message? Yeah, it makes "The Day After Tomorrow" seem restrained and subtle. -
