The Battle Wizard (Tian long ba bu) (1977)
Not your standard martial arts movie.
A man looses both his legs, to a man who shoot lasers from his fingertips, and replaces them with expandable bird like legs. And vows revenge on the man's son.
The son goes out on the world to learn martial arts. Befriends a woman who can control snakes and falls in love with a woman who shoots daggers from a bone.
This movie involves 'nail biting' fights against a giant snake puppet and a man in a gorilla suit.
Quickly came to the top of my list of favorite cheesy movies. Give it a look, you will not be disappointed.
