Evolution (2001)
How has no one suggested Evolution (2001), Ivan Reitman's woefully misguided attempt to relive Ghostbusters starring Orlando Jones, David Duchovny and Julianne Moore? With reviews on Rotten Tomatoes® like "Seems to have been made without a writer." -J. Hoberman, Village Voice, and "It is deeply boring, blindly paced, and humiliating for me, who had nothing to do with it." -Walter Chaw, Film Freak Central, no movie has more aptly fit the "some movies just have it coming" bill.
Two things: 1) Packs more butt-centric bits than a former stand-up comedian turned proctologist; 2) The line "Aughh. Now, that's a face for radio!" is actually delivered.
Not quite a B-movie, but not quite watchable, something tells me the makers of this sci-fi comedy had Mike Nelson, Bill Corbett and Kevin Murphy in mind with every long pause, errant expression and plot pitfall. Guys, the sheer over-actoring [sp. on purpose] in this movie alone is worth the riffing effort.

"There's always time for lube!" sounds like the Rifftrax battle cry.

Agreed. This movie is horrible, but watchable, with a great cast. Perfect.
