What if the people who made Critters tried to write Jurassic Park?

A "monster" movie where a woman runs off to a cabin in the woods, in the middle of winter, only to be attack by super-evolving lizard creatures. And by lizards I mean geckos. Like you have in snowy places. Abominable tiny snow geckos, if you will. Features a hapless grad-student studying the lizards and who wears only Minnesota Gophers gear, a briefly appearing Russian Mobster who exists only to add guns, and a final show-down in a gas station. As many as tens of dollars were spent on the production of this 1997 masterpiece. Frank Welker, the voice of Megatron and Scooby-Doo's Fred, performs as the voice of the geckos.
