One Dark Night
One Dark Night, with a very young Meg Tilly and also Adam West

This would make for some great riffing for sure. A few really odd choices in the direction of One Dark Night but not so bad/low budget that you can't enjoy it.

Young woman wants to join an exclusive club and has to spend the night in a mortuary. Is she a college kid trying to get into a sorority? Nope, she and the others are all supposed to be in high school despite all of them looking like they're in their twenties. The problem is that the mortuary has a new occupant, a psychic vampire who loves to drain young women of their bioenergy. The vampire's daughter is warned that he could wake back up and start killing again.
Given the half-hearted acting by some of the cast, this feels very much like it should have been called "Paycheck: The Movie".

A truly tragic mess. Takes itself seriously enough to be excellent riff fodder.

Good amount of early 80s horror cliches. The trailer is creepier than the actual movie but the last twenty minutes are actually pretty good considering a low budget and PG rating.
