King Ghidora is stealing children, but the adults don't seem to boric a giant, three headed dragon. All they know is that the kids are missing (where is Gamera when you need him?) Mothra fights King Ghidora with rainbow laser beams and gets KO'd.

Mothra decides to go back in time because in spite of us seeing King Ghidora being created earlier in the franchise, he really is an extra terrestrial that showed up during dinosaur times and ate all of the dinosaurs. Sorry scientists, they were really eaten by King Ghidora. There is a prehistoric fight where Mothra seems super flammable. Prehistoric Mothra managers to release the present but children, but then takes a major hit. Jurrasichen cocoon Mothra who hatches back in the present with metal armor, thanks to jurrasic moths.

I won't ruin the ending, but the twins have become triplets, there are lots of awkward pauses, a boy is given a miniature sword, and the triplets fly around on miniature Mother's, which are probably just bird sized moths. Oh yes, and Mothra has her own superhero music and lots of glitter.
