Reasons to be riffed:
-- Along with countless other shenanigans, there's a flaming truck that just keeps trucking right along (it also flips over, hits who knows how many things, drives through a river...you get the idea).
-- Characters respond to situations in ways no sensible person would respond (such as continuing to drive a flaming truck, but really, this applies to pretty much everything every character does).
-- Female lead's behavior/dialogue goes like this:
Slow down! Can't you go any faster?!
Hurry and get us out of this! Pull over!
Don't touch me! Hold me!
You're so sweet! Men are pigs!
I want to talk to him! Run the SOB off the road!

-- There's practically nothing about this movie that isn't riff-able. If a non-comedian like myself can come up with a riff for every frame, the RiffTrax crew could create something so glorious a chorus of angels would sing and a herd of unicorns would go prancing along rainbows.
