    In addition to being Public domain, it's also available free on Amazon Prime.

    It's also had several cheap DVD releases from the sort of places that crank out copies of 'Night of the Living Dead' and other public domain films. The Prime version is okay quality, though you can tell it was a direct video transfer from the broadcast version with noticeable scanlines at times when bright objects move too fast.
    I'm assuming the DVD versions are about the same.

    It should also be noted that this movie is PUBLIC DOMAIN and can very easily be released as a VOD title.

    I honestly don't know how this one hasn't been riffed yet.
