A group of teens from Ohio secretly travel to New York in order to enter a competition as promised by the head of the company, but to their surprise they discover that the old man who made that promise is dead, and the new guy in charge is not having it, so these broke kids remodel an abandoned looking apartment, and they dance and badly lip sync and con their way through rich parties, streets, and clubs all the way to success. This cheesy attempt to make money off the success of movies like Footloose is sure to have a lot of laughs, from the stock footage ballet concert to the short lived love affair of our main character.
