Malatesta's Carnival of Blood (1973)
Submitted for your approval; my 3 reasons why this film is worthy of being riffed to pieces:
If Manos the Hands of Fate and Carnival of Souls had a baby conceived on a radioactive dung heap, this would be it.
Chock full of community theater-grade acting, amateurish directing and inept photography. I won't mention the writing because apparently they winged all the dialog, not to mention making the plot up as they went.
You can claim reasons 1 and 2 for hundreds - even billions - of films, but do those have Hervé Villechaize in them? Yeah, I thought so.
Here's a sample of what you're in for:

As someone has mentioned, this took me totally by surprise with a pop-up from Herve Villechaize, Sets are made of red bubble wrap. Night shots are filmed by spotlight. Yet it endears by being pretty passionate about its subject (as murky as the subject may be). It stays with you.
