As other feedback has noted, these jokes will become dated and in the future could portray Rifftrax in a negative light. At the very least, I will not recommend this Rifftrax to others.
I'm still a big fan, and to be honest in the early 2000s (a very dark period of my life), watching MST3K saved my life. Thank you for all you do.

Part way through Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Lost Skulls, there is a "joke" about the character "Mud" getting "elective surgery" to change his gender.
