Why aren't all my purchases showing up?

Library connectivity was added in version 1.3 of the RiffTrax app. Unfortunately, not all of our titles were compatible with the app at the time, due to syncing and other issues during the authoring process. All told, we have about 95% of our entire catalog compatible with the app, with more titles being made available on a rolling basis.

In addition, we are launching with as many "core" products only as possible - that is, titles with Mike, Kevin and Bill get priority, while Mike-only and other RiffTrax Presents titles will be added later.

If you have made purchases and those new titles aren't showing up in the app for you, this may be a known bug and is easily fixed by logging out and then logging back into the app. A fix for this bug will is forthcoming.
