Why am I hearing a robotic voice saying dialogue?

That's our proprietary Perfect Sync Technology, DisembAudio. He's been with us since RiffTrax first launched in 2006, and he lets you know that the movie-to-riff timing is correct by saying a line of dialogue at the same time as a character says it on screen.



DisembAudio is a holdover from the days of having to manually sync your RiffTrax, and we will probably be silencing him in future updates, since the app will make him unnecessary. (Sorry, Dis. It's not you, it's us.)
