If you were in the process of checking out with a gift card and you got an error message, or you decided to cancel checkout at PayPal to put more riffs in your cart, sometimes a bug will occur where your gift card will be moved to a Pending status (because it was assuming that checkout would be successful). If this happens, it's really easy to fix, but you'll need to submit a Help ticket. Don't worry! Your gift card credit is still safe and sound, and we'll roll it back so you can use it again.
