My theater had technical issues!

If you're sitting in a theater at a RiffTrax Live event right this very moment and your theater is having difficulty, we highly recommend letting the theater staff know about it, and tell them to call Fathom Events if they need assistance. You might also try tweeting @FathomEvents and let them know your theater and location, as they are able to communicate directly with your theater and will work with them to troubleshoot. 

Putting on these shows is a huge technical challenge, and we understand that some theaters can have a less-than-perfect experience. If your theater experienced any disruptions which prevented you from enjoying our event, we apologize and hope you will contact Fathom Events via their feedback form here, and let them know which theater and city. They will work with the theater to continue improving the live show experience at future events.
