I got an order email confirmation, but can't access my purchased riffs!

Hmm, that bites. But we have to ask: did you check out with PayPal? We have noticed on occasion that PayPal will just whisk you through checkout without asking for you to login to the PayPal website, which is definitely not how it's supposed to work. This is a bug that is currently being investigated. 

For now, please submit a help ticket with the order number from your email and we'll reset your order back to the shopping cart. That way you can try checking out again, at least until this bug gets squashed.
