App not loading or no content is loaded

While we at RiffTrax always try to make sure our apps can continue to be updated without requiring any manual intervention, sometimes an update isn't as backwards-compatible as we'd like. 

If you are experiencing an app that won't load, or just spins and won't load any content on the main screen, try the following steps: 

1. First, make sure you're not using a VPN, AdGuard DNS, a Pi-Hole, etc. If you are, please make sure you have allowed access to our server rifftrax.com and the app's server applicaster.com.

2. Try logging out and then back in.

3. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app if you can.
