FireTV App shows "Service unavailable" error message

This is likely due to corrupt cache data on the device. To resolve this issue:
  1. Go to the Home screen of the FireTV device and go to the "Gear" icon on the far right of the first row.
  2. Click on "Applications" then "Manage Installed Applications"
  3. Scroll down and click on RiffTrax
  4. Click the "Clear Data" and "Clear Cache" buttons.
  5. Relaunch the app.
You will need to then select the Sign In option to authenticate with our servers once more.
