My payment to Friends failed. How do I update my card on file?

To update the credit card in use on your Friends subscription, visit your subscription page, and then click the green "Manage subscription" button as seen here: 



This will take you to the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can up/downgrade your Plan, or update your payment method:



NOTE: The payment methods in use on the Stripe Customer Portal are separate from the ones in use on our website checkout system.
