How do I know my installed RiffTrax app on Roku is the correct one?

For a few years we had a "beta" version of the Roku RiffTrax app, which required you to send an email with a confirmation link in order to gain access. This version, Version 1.0, is no longer supported and will be removed from the Roku Channel Store as soon as Roku lets us. 

The new app, Version 2.0, requires more recent hardware and Roku OS software, so any device showing the Version 1.0 of the app is a device Roku does not support, which is why we're unable to install the NEW Version 2.0 of the app on them.

To find out which version of the app you have, from the Roku Home Screen:

1. Move the cursor to highlight the RiffTrax app.
2. Press the Star (*) button.
3. Note the version number and build number at the top.



You can also use this screen to Manage your subscription, if you signed up for Friends via Roku Billing.
